I love the protein you get from a low cal hot chocolate drink that tastes good. Like the canister size as it saves money over buying the packets and I can mix half portions if I want.

I usually have a hot cocoa before bed each night... the boxes w/only 7 packets was getting expensive. I bought this hoping it would be good and was not disappointed :O) Its' not as sweet but a pkt of splenda or equal does the trick. A serving is 1 1/2 scoops; the small scoop is hard to use to get 1/2 scoop measured; however per the pkg its 1 1/2 scoop or 26g... I use a measuring cup & scale to measure the servings in grams... works great.

My 18 year old son loves it. I use a mixer to blend it and put a small amount of 1/2 & 1/2 to cool it down and it gives it a creamier taste.
