I really enjoy these bars - I've tried both the caramel and chocolate flavors and both are very good and filling. I like the cereal in them to balance out the chocolate - makes it seem more substantial and more like "real" food. I like to have something to crunch on and sink my teeth into, and these fit the bill in ways that some of the gooey, candy bar-like protein bars don't (though I like those, too). 15 grams of protein for 150 calories is a good deal.

These bars are the best. They are low in sugar and high in protein. They are very dense, so it takes you a while to eat them and they stay with you. It is great for a chocolate fix too! Both flavors are great.

These bars are fabulous. They are the exact same ones sold at the Dr. Bernstein clinics but at 1/2 the price. The caramel one is my favourite as I find the chocolate one a little TOO chocolately (I know some of you are thinking how is that possible?? But for me it was too much)... The caramel is really nice tasting -- makes a great breakfast and is not so sweet that it makes you crave other bad things.
