The WonderSlim Diet Plan Revolves Around
A Very Simple Equation: 5+1+1


You eat 5 WonderSlim® Pudding/Shakes (you can make them as a either a cold frothy shake or creamy pudding), 1 WonderSlim® Protein Bar, and 1 Healthy Lean Meal per day. (If you desire, you can substitute a WonderSlim® Soup, Hot Beverage, Cold Drink, Dessert Pudding or Lite Entree for your Pudding/Shake, 1 time per day). Several servings of fruit and vegetables are also included in our meal plans, providing important fiber and other nutrients.

The WonderSlim® Weight Loss Plan accelerates your rate of weight loss with the help of a perfectly balanced meal plan!

To increase your nutrition and ensure that you lose a minimum of 2 to 5 pounds a week, the meal plan consists of our delicious Pudding/Shakes, Hot Soups, Fruit Drinks, Dessert Puddings and Protein Diet Bars.

And, to teach you important shopping and portion control skills, we also include 1 "grocery food" meal in your daily meal plan.

Our weight loss plan uses portion-controlled meal replacements, provides a minimum of 1,000 calories per day, and ensures complete nutrition, including essential protein, vitamins and minerals.

WonderSlim® Meal Plans are designed to meet the weight loss and dietary needs for BOTH Women and Men. They provide 1000-1200 calories/day for Women, and 1500-1800 calories/day for Men.

  • Take 1 multivitamin and drink at least 8 cups of water or non-caloric beverage daily.

  • As part of your WonderSlim® program, you'll be provided with a Healthy Meal Shopping Guide to assist you with selecting the lean meat, starch and vegetables for your healthy meal.
