I can sacrifice sugary, high carb cereal for this any day! After 6 weeks on another plan with nothing but eggs and pancakes, I was ecstatic to find some crunchy cereal. Ordered the apple cinnamon and it is as good as any cereal out there. I do wish it was a few grams higher in protein, but 1/2 c. soy milk bumps it up. The hunger staying power for me isn't quite as good as some of the other diet breakfast foods, but for a treat like this I don't mind. Someone please tell me though, is one ounce equivalent to one cup of cereal? Thanks.

Love this cereal. I had the VSG or sleeve type bariatric surgery and I use this as a snack for the movies or when I have the munchies. Everyone I have given a sample to, has liked it as well. My favorite is the Apple Cinnamon.

I have searched high and low for a satisfying high protein cereal. The carbs always make me feel sluggish and tired in the morning. Kay's Naturals is the only product I can find that tastes great and has a high level of protein. I believe the product is also gluten free, which is also a plus! YUM.. my favorite flavor is Apple Cinnamon.. I will order this product again & again!

I love this cereal, eat it everyday. Sometimes just put it in a snackbag and have it dry. Very light, great flavor, high protein, low carb. Have ordered several boxes and will continue to order.
