FAQ - Diet Direct Rewards Program
If you have an online account with us, you’re already a member. Whenever you place an order, we’ll automatically calculate your Reward Credits and place them in your account upon shipping that order. You must have an online account to receive Reward Credits.
All available Reward Credits you have earned can be viewed in the My Rewards section of your account page.
- To redeem Reward Credits you have earned, you must first be signed into your account.
- When you have completed shopping for your items, you will find the option to redeem Reward Credits on the lower left side of your Shopping Cart.
- Simply move the Redeem Your Rewards slider to the amount that you wish to use. Alternatively, you may also check the box below the slider to automatically maximize your credits up to $30 per transaction. Your credits will be reflected in your order total within the "Discounts & Rewards" section.
Once in your account, Rewards Credits can be used on your very next order if you wish.
Since saving money is so much fun, we’re confident you won’t let your credits get dusty hanging around in your account. However, our lawyer insists that we tell you that Reward Credits are valid for 60 days after they are placed on your account and must be used in their entirety – they will not carry over.
As much as we hope you someday get that pony you’ve always wanted, Diet Direct Reward Credits can only be applied to purchases of products sold by Diet Direct. We regret to report that we have no plans to carry ponies at the present time.
