Perfect Parfait

1/2 cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/2 WonderSlim® Meal Replacement Bar coffee chocolate, fudge & graham or cinnamon
1/2 cup Plain, fat free yogurt

Directions
Rinse and drain berries and pat dry. Cut bar in half, put half away for a mid morning snack. Cut the remaining half into small, bite size chunks. Using a glass bowl or cup, place 1/4 of the cup up crunch bar on bottom and layer 3/4 of the berries on top. Spoon the yogurt on top of the layers. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 bar on top of the yogurt and garnish with remaining 1/4 of the berries.

Spicy Autumn Smoothie

1 pkt WonderSlim® Vanilla Cream Pudding/Shake Mix
1 cup Water
1/2 cup cooked mashed yam or canned yam
1/2 cup banana
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
Artificial Sweetener to taste
2-6 ice Cubes (2=thick, 6=thin texture)

Directions
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved (depending on number of ice cubes, which will change the consistency).

Sweet Potato and Fruit Fritter

1 pkt WonderSlim® Vanilla Cream Pudding/Shake Mix
1/2 cup Cooked/mashed sweet potato or canned sweet potato
1/2 Medium Banana, mashed
2 tbsp Crushed Pineapple
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Cooking Spray As needed

Directions
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Flatten batter into 5 patties. Turn stovetop to medium heat, coat a medium size griddle or frying pan with cooking spray, cook the patties until both sides are light brown and crisp. Top with artificial sweetener or sugar free maple syrup if desired.

Divine Pancakes

1 pkt WonderSlim® Caramel Pudding
1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Nutmeg (optional)
1/4 cup Egg Beaters or Egg White
1/2 cup Water
Cooking Spray as needed

Directions
Combine pudding, flour, baking powder and nutmeg in a medium size bowl. Add egg and water to dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Coat a pan with cooking spray and turn the stove to medium heat. Spoon 1/4 of the batter at a time onto the heated pan and cook until slightly brown and then flip to cook the other side. If a thinner batter is desired, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Yield 4 pancakes. Top with artificial sweetener if desired.

Lemon Blueberry Pancakes

1 pkt Wonderslim WonderSlim® Lemon Pudding
1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Egg Beaters or Egg White
1/3 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
1 cup Water

Directions
Combine pudding flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Add egg, blueberries & water to dry ingredients, stir until moistened. Coat a pan with cooking spray & turn stove to medium heat. Spoon 1/4 batter at a time onto the heated pan, cook until slightly brown, then flip to cook the other side. For thinner pancakes, make the batter by adding more water, one tablespoon at a time. Yield 4 pancakes.

Crepes

1 pkt WonderSlim® Hot Cakes
1/4 cup + 3 tbsp Fat-Free Milk

Directions
Combine pancake mix and liquid and stir vigorously, removing lumps. Let sit about five minutes, stirring occasionally. Spray shallow pan with non-fat cooking spray and preheat pan on low to medium heat. Remove pan from heat and pour just enough batter to thinly coat the pan, swirling pan to spread evenly. Cook until batter looks almost dry in the middle. Use rubber spatula to lift edges of crepes and turn crepe onto other side. Cook 30-60 seconds.

Makes one serving (about 3 crepes).

1 cup Powdered Dry Milk
1 tbsp Splenda
1 tsp Vanilla (McCormick)
3 Egg Whites
1 tspBaking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup (may vary) Water
2 cups Berries

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Coat a muffin pan well with nonstick cooking spray. Use paper muffin liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and serve.
