MICROWAVE OVEN:

  1. Peel back lid from one corner of the tray.
  2. Microwave on High power for 1 minute. Rotate a quarter turn and heat again on High for 1/2 to 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Let stand for 30 seconds.
  4. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

Note: Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.

STOVE TOP:

  1. Place unopened tray in a large saucepan of boiling water. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove tray from water.
  2. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

I am a very picky eater. As a rule I do not care for chili however, I thought I would try this based on the reviews. It is really very good, in fact I would say excellent to my taste buds. I am ordering more for sure!

Unexpectedly good - I sprinkled a few BBQ Crunch-Os on top after heating and it was even better! A little expensive for one meal, but worth the money for a quick and easy meal (heats in microwave in under 2 minutes). Highly recommend this!

This is the best of the dinners I have tried so far, apart from the spaghetti and meatballs. I added some tobasco and a touch more of chili powder for that extra kick. Will definitely add this to my meal staple list.

Sometimes I just have to have beans, even though it is against my Ideal Protein diet to have them at all. Now I can cheat a little without feeling like I've blown my whole diet plan. I seem to be getting away with it on these meals, because I'm still losing weight. I would much rather have any one of these meals than one of the "candy bars" or other such sweet stuff. I feel like I can have my evening snack and do it my way, and still be on track. I can recommend these - no problem!
