I bought these because I wanted to find a lower cost alternative to the Medifast Chili Nacho Cheese Puffs (which are out of this world). These were "ok", but not as good. They're more soft puffy than crunchy puffy (if that makes any sense). The flavor is pretty good though, and there are a whole heck of a lot of them in the bag. Hard to believe you're only eating 120 calories, so for that, I think they're worth it.

I really love the Taco Cheese flavor they melt in your mouth like a cheeto, not as hard as some of the other protien snacks. The sour cream and onion is not quite as good, but I like the texture of them both.

These snacks were just okay. I prefer the other cheese puffs. Better flavor in those. The sour cr and onion tasted awful to me and the taco cheese were a bit strong.
