Directions:
- Preheat a nonstick frying pan at low heat.

WOW-these are so yummy!! I use sugar free syrup & sugar free peaches (1/2 cup) & would have them everday for breakfast if I could. I only bought 1 boxes this last time-but plan to buy enough for everday breakfasts for the month! I absolutely love them-& they are low carb!

Received one of these as a sample. Tried it and loved it, so ordered a box right away! The blueberry is yummy. I ate it without anything added. It doesn't need anything else. Nice low-calorie breakfast with all that protein!

The blueberry pancakes are delicious and very easy to make. I even served to my husband along with Joseph's Sugar Free Syrup and he raved how good they are! I explained the calories, protein,etc from the box and he could not believe these wonderful tasting pancakes are packed with protein, low calories, etc. I highly recommend these easy to make, delicious pancakes.

I tried the sample blueberry pancakes and was really hoping they would taste well since they are only 100 calories. They were horrible! They had a bad chemical taste that made you want to spit out the pancake! The WonderSlim are SO much better - I really enjoy them.

This product has a very bad aftertaste to me. ProtiDiet pancakes are MUCH BETTER. With any of them, you must use a GOOD non-stick skillet and PAM or other cooking spray. I have found that I like them best when I add almost double the water and make them like Crepes! DO NOT OVERCOOK or they are like rubber. But with careful watching, they are great. ...except this brand. YUCK!!! (If I could have, I would have chosen 0 stars!)

I really like the Wonderslim hotcakes and thought I'd give these a try based on the great reviews and the higher protein. Big mistake. I couldn't scrape them off the skillet. Tried again using cooking spray first. Totally spongy, rubbery and gross. Don't waste your money. If you want pancakes go with the Wonderslim brand.

YUCK these are foul tasting!!! & the texture is very rubbery. They do fill u up but they're disgusting!! Added maple syrup & they were still bad! Should have gone with my gut & ordered the WonderSlim hot cakes instead...oh well..next time...

I recently purchased the blueberry bariwise pancakes and love them! They make about two small "crepe like" pancakes per package and are great with some sf waldenfarms syrup.
