Directions

MICROWAVE OVEN:

  1. Peel back lid from one corner of the tray.
  2. Microwave on High power for 1 minute. Rotate a quarter turn and heat again on High for 1/2 to 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Let stand for 30 seconds.
  4. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

Note: Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.

STOVE TOP:

  1. Place unopened tray in a large saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Remove tray from water.
  4. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

NOT FOR USE IN TOASTER OR CONVENTIONAL OVENS

Enjoyed this very much. I added a little Tabasco to spice it up just a bit and think next time I will add a small side of rice or a small corn muffin to really complete the experience

Very tasty, filling and healthy. I serve it with a bit of rice and nuts and it makes a great meal. Would prefer the sodium amount to be less, but otherwise a good meal.
