  1. Peel back lid from one corner of the tray.
  2. Microwave on High power for 1 minute. Rotate a quarter turn and heat again on High for 1/2 to 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Let stand for 30 seconds.
  4. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

this was delicious, a little spicy for my GERD problem. But i will eat again and add quinoa.

Very tasty meal. Nice sticky rice (which I love with a good Asian meal) just the right amount of spice. Wish the chicken pieces could be a little bigger as they get lost in the sauce, but nothing I can't fix. Will buy again.
