I have had a lot of success with several products from diet direct. I've lost weight and actually enjoy the drinks, bars, soups, veggie Joe, etc however I cannot recommend this product. I tried it twice and it is really hard to get down. Rubbery consistency and just doesn't taste good...

They actually tasted alot better than I thought they would!! I filled my omelet with a homemade Salsa and mushrooms, then drizzled some hot sauce on it....gotta say I felt pretty surprised that it tasted pretty good.

I made this more like scrambled eggs than an omelet and thought it was pretty good. Great to have something different for breakfast

I was disappointed with this omelet. It was rubbery and really pretty tasteless if you ask me. Try WonderSlim Vegetable Cheese Omelet they are super tasty and have a better texture.

I loved this omelet. Add onions and bell peppers inside and on top with a little bit of cheese and some garlic/pepper seasoning. It's just perfect! Saute the onions and bell peppers first and fix the omelet in the same pan, which gives it more flavor. It's very delicious and filling and will keep you going until lunch, or maybe even dinner. The onions and bell peppers have very few calories and no fat, so doesn't add a lot of extra calories to the already low 100 calories in the omelet.

This product disappointed me, because it wasn't as great of a taste as I was expecting. I did like the flavor and I love how much protein you get for only 100 calories, but I'll only eat it every now and then.

Sorry--no other way to say it--this product is the worst thing I have ever tried in the world of diet foods. So dry and powdery, unable to swallow and I tried! Medifast scrambled eggs are world's better, will go back to that. Every other product from Diet direct has been great, not this one! Money back guarantee is useless since you have to pay to ship it back!

I can't really recommend this especially since you can do Egg Beaters for about the same nutritional value but.....I have mixed this up and the blueberry pancake mix (also not that great) and then poured both in the frying pan together and cooked them. Believe it or not the sum of the parts is WAY better than each individually. Yes it sounds weird but it sure works for me.
