What do I do once I'm an approved affiliate?
Sign In to the Shareasale Affiliate Resource Center using the User ID and password that were sent to you in your affiliate acceptance email.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. The DietDirect.com Affiliate Program is free. And you may cancel at any time, by emailing our Affiliate Relations Department .

What's in it for me?
Money: You'll earn a 20% commission for every new purchase made at DietDirect.com via the link on your Web site. We also offer some of the lowest prices on highest quality diet and weight loss products in the USA, and since most buyers are in the USA, that's a huge plus. Our average order size is about $100, so on a typical first-time order, you will earn about $20. Not bad for very little work on your part, once you've placed the links on your site, or in your e-newsletter!

What commissions are paid?
Commissions are earned on a per sale basis.

What happens when a product is returned to DietDirect.com?
When a product return occurs, the commission that was generated from this sale will be reversed.

What is the total amount on which my commission is paid?
Your commission is paid on the sub-total of the order. The commissionable amount does not include shipping charges or sales tax.

What if I don't live in the USA?
We accept affiliates in many countries, as long as the website appeals to visitors from the United States..

Is my site eligible to become an DietDirect.com Affiliate?
Yes. DietDirect.com wants to work with all sites, from large commercial Web sites to personal homepages, and everything in between. While we invite everyone to submit an application, we cannot accept sites publishing content that conflicts with our company policies. That includes (but isn't limited to) content that is defamatory, harassing, harmful, obscene, racially objectionable, unlawful, or loyalty or incentive websites.

Do I have to have a Website to join?
Yes. The DietDirect.com Affiliate Program is only offered online. This means you have to have the means to generate orders online via your own website of other online medium such as an e-newsletter.

Does my site need to be up and running?
Yes. Your Web site must be "live" and generating traffic when you submit your application. Generally, Shareasale can't consider sites under construction, or people who do not have a web site.

How do I make the most of the program?
Make the links easy to find. Place the DietDirect.com banner or text link in highly visible places, such as your homepage and other popular pages of your Web site, as well as in your e-newsletters. High-profile placement will make it easier for your visitors to find the link and buy products at DietDirect.com. And that means more revenue for you!

Banners and links are updated periodically - each time a new banner or link is added you will receive an update email from the affiliate managment team.

Effectiveness of banners and links are tracked closely by us, and will be mentioned in frequent newsletter updates sent to our network of affiliates.

Are announcements sent when new links or specials are made available?
Yes. We send out brief announcements when new opportunities are made available.

How do I get new banners?
After you have created your affiliate account and been accepted into the program, you can log into the affiliate service center to review and retrieve new banners and text links.

How do I make suggestions for new banner or ad copy?
